So, my birthday was last week. And my friend’s birthday is this weekend. That means we get to meet for drinks and snacks halfway between our two birthdays. Fun.

We both own stores and it’s pretty funny that we both showed up with little gifts taken from own shelves. In fact, it is pretty funny that we both almost pulled bigger items from our shelves but then thought better of it – I mean, neither of us needs anything but it made us laugh that we each had the same thoughts!

So, we showed up for our birthday date with cards and little token gifts in hand. It was the best.

If you meet a friend for birthday drinks, do you bring a little something? A card? A little gift?
